By accessing or using clients.caraccidenthelp.org and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Car Accident Help is a marketing and lead-generation service that connects motor vehicle accident victims with personal injury law firms. We are not a law firm, do not practice law, and do not provide legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Car Accident Help, or between you and any law firm in our network, unless and until you and a law firm execute a written representation agreement. Information you submit may be shared with one or more attorney partners and is not protected by attorney-client privilege until such an agreement is in place.

Engagements with law firm clients are governed by a separate written agreement specifying scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, and quality standards. These Terms do not modify those agreements. Lead generation activities are conducted in compliance with applicable advertising and bar rules.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Car Accident Help or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAR ACCIDENT HELP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL CAR ACCIDENT HELP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Accident Help, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Car Accident Help is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
